Almond Butter Cookies

Enjoy this cookie recipe; it is so easy to prepare, and they go great served with a glass of cold milk!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Servings: 10

Ingredients:

¼ cup of butter softened

1 cup of almond flour

¼ cup of Erythritol

1 teaspoon of vanilla

pinch of sea salt

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit.

2. Add a piece of parchment paper to the bottom of a baking tray, then set aside.

3. Next, add all ingredients to a food processor, and process until dough is formed for about 2 minutes on low speed.

4. Make cookies from dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.

5. Bake in your preheated oven for 10 minutes.

6. Remove your cookies from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
